Bolgul Abon Kombinasi/Fire Floss Roll Cake
Hello...hello, Back again with me, after so long (almost 2 months) i haven't write or post anything on my blog. so sorry, like always i've been busy and lazy :D. ok this time i'm gonna post about roll cake or bolgul (bolu gulung), this is my second time to make roll cake and my first time to make baked roll cake (the first time is steamed roll cake). i Made this roll cake from the recipe booked about roll cake that i bought very cheap at pasar tumpah Depok. the title of the book is Kreasi Bolu Gulung Gurih by Dapur Anissa as the writer and published by Gramedia. Until now i haven't success in rolling the cake (always crack a little), i have to practice more i guess. I like this bolgul because it's ok, not really good but good enough for me.
