i love cakes

Ini order dadakan yg bikin jantung kebat kebit, orderan dari mba Rini jam 2 siang tgl 2 November kemarin. dia BBM aku tanya bisa ga bikin rainbow cake lapis fondant buat diambil nanti malam, waduh padahal besok pagi juga ada orderan rainbow cake lapis buttercream dari temannya mba Rini. liat2 stok ada semua dan sepertinya mencukupi. Dengan modal nekad aku sanggupin, lah rejeki kok ditolak, masalah bisa apa ga itu urusan nanti...heheh. awalnya thema cake adalah gift cake kotak dg bunga2 di atas cake. tapi aku blg bunga itu kalau pakai fondant harus aga keras dulu, bisa semalaman nunggu kerasnya, kalau mau diambil malam ini blm bisa mekar seperti yg diinginkan di foto. akhirnya cari model lain dapatlah yg simple gift cake kotak 20 cm dg pita diatasnya, semua warna cover cake dan hiasan pita serta warna bunga semua dr customer yg order.  so akhirnya aku buat rainbow cake 20 cm kotak. nah ada sedikit masalah yg bikin jadi deg2 an, aku pakai resep rainbow cake yg biasa, tapi ini resep...

Another order from mba Rini for her Eldest daughter Cherys on october 29th, this time the cake is smaller than Chelsy's cake (her youngest daughter) see my posting title Hello Kitty Cake. she didn't celebrated at home or school so she ordered the small cake its 16cm round with rainbow cake for the base and covered fondant outside. the theme is a gift box but with pink as a background color and a ribbon on the top. its quite simple and very quick also. the comment of the cake is they love it, both the taste and the looks. thank you mba Rini
