Cupcake Ubi Ungu
February 29, 2012 Hi there, i'm back again with cupcake, today i made a cupcake from ubi ungu (purple sweet potato), actually the recipe is from pumpkin cupcake or carrot cupcake with some adjustment. Something happened when i mixed all the ingredients the purple sweet potato became green, i don't know why..maybe because of the chemical reaction i guess but the taste is delicious :). so this is my first time decorating cupcake using the spuit or tip with butter cream...i watched and download alot of videos about decorating cupcake using butter cream on youtube. and it's not as easy as it seems..so i start decorating at 7pm and finish at 9 pm for 16 cupcakes, that's a very long time..but i love the results...my mom said it's beautiful. well i let u all to decide...give comments about my cupcake it u want..don't be shy...lol Purple Sweet Potato Cupcakes RESEP Bahan: 80 gram kacang pecan, cincang (aku ga pake) 225 gram gula pasir 100 gram mentega, l...
