Bolgul Abon Kombinasi/Fire Floss Roll Cake

Hello...hello,
Back again with me, after so long (almost 2 months) i haven't write or post anything on my blog. so sorry, like always i've been busy and lazy :D. 
ok this time i'm gonna post about roll cake or bolgul (bolu gulung), this is my second time  to make roll cake and my first time to make baked roll cake (the first time is steamed roll cake). i Made this roll cake from the recipe booked about roll cake that i bought very cheap at pasar tumpah Depok. the title of the book is Kreasi Bolu Gulung Gurih by Dapur Anissa as the writer and published by Gramedia. 

Until now i haven't success in rolling the cake (always crack a little), i have to practice more i guess. I like this bolgul because it's ok, not really good but good enough for me. 

The Recipe:
125gr cake flour (kunci biru)
25gr milk powder
1 tsp baking powder
6 eggs
75gr castor sugar
1/2 tsp salt
10 gr cake emulsifier
100gr margarin, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tblsp sesame seeds for the topping (i skip this)

How to:
preheat oven to 190C butter 30x40x4cm cake pan and line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper (kertas roti). set aside.
sift the flour, baking powder and milk powder. set aside.
beat the egg, sugar and salt until dissolves. put cake emulsifier and the mixed of flour. beat again until the batter thick and fluffy. pour the Vanilla extract, and margarine, folding until incorporated. 
pour the batter into a baking pan, pour the sesame seeds, on the top.
Baked for 20 minutes until cooked, remove from the oven and invert the pan into a clean dish towel and allow the cake until cool completely. sprinkle with mayonaise and fire floss , roll up the cake with the towel. cut it and serve it.
