Greentea muffin
Di group NCC ada postingan dari mba Dwita Noegroho yg membuat greentea muffin, sebenarnya dari dulu dah pengin nyoba bikin greentea muffin tapi ga tau kenapa ga jadi mulu. so pas liat postingan ini jadilah pengin coba, akhirnya aku minta resepnya dan langsung di eksekusi deh. buatnya simple banget. tapi ada sedikit accident nih, pas lagi manggang aku tinggal sebentar ke kamar waktu sudah berjalan sekitar 10 menit, aku liat kok apinya mati?...oalah ternyata gas aku habis. langsung deh lari bawa si otang ke rumah nyokap di depan...dan untungnya masih bisa diselamatkan tapi sayangnya muffin-nya jadi ga munjung gitu...walau rasanya enak ga terlalu manis dan lembut :(, next time coba lagi deh. oh ya aslinya resepnya pakai white chocolate chips, tapi karena ga ada jadi aku pakai stok yg ada di rumah aja.
White Chocolate and Green Tea Muffin
100 gr (7 tbsp) Unsalted Butter
90 gr (1/2 cup) Cane Sugar
1 egg
125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
185 gr ( 1 & 1/2 cup) cake flour
a pinch salt
1 % 1/2 tsp BP
2 tbsp Green Tea MATCHA powder -> 1,5 tbsp
1/2 to 1 cup Chunked/Chip White Chocolate
Method:
- Preheat oven to 340F. warm milk to body temp. Butter and Milk at room temperature. Shift dry ingredients together.
- Beat butter until fluffy, add sugar and beat. Add beaten egg slowly, then add warmed milk slowly until combined well.
- Fold dry ingredients into the mixture
- Pour the batter into muffin pan. Insert chunked/Chip Chocolate into the batter
- Bake for about 25 minutes.
